Care For You at Home is a trusted private Nursing Service that aims to provide competent professional care to consumers in the home and community. The majority of our consumers are aged with most being Veterans, however we also service consumers throughout Port Stephens, Newcastle, Maitland, Dungog. We are also providers of supplementary staff for many other services. We therefore cover a range of care from post-acute right through to long term support and maintenance as well as holiday care.

DVA Nursing Care
DVA provides veterans and war widows and widowers (entitled persons) with access to a range of quality health care and related services, including community nursing services, at DVA’s expense.
Veterans’ Home Care
Veterans’ Home Care (VHC) is a DVA program designed to assist eligible DVA clients who need a small amount of practical help to continue living independently in their own home.
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
Provided to those located in Australia, visit the NDIS website for further information on areas where the NDIS is currently operating.
Private Care At Home
Care for you at Home can provide a range of servivces at a private rate, sometimes this is useful in the short-term while you are recovering from an illness or ailment or in the interim between ACAT assessment and package funding approval.
Home Care Packages
You are able to direct your government funding to the provider of your choice, spending as you choose, on services you want.
