As an approved provider with Veterans’ Home Care Service, Home Care packages and the National Disability Insurance Scheme, we are experiencing an increasing need for Community Care Workers to help people remain independent at home!

Essential Criteria:

 H.E.A.R.T Values – Honesty, Excellence, Accountability, Respect & Teamwork

 Certificate III or IV in Aged care / Disability / Home & Community Care or Individual Support or working toward

 Reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle

 Current Working with Children Check

 Current First Aid Certificate & CPR certificate

 Current Federal Police Criminal Record Check

 NDIS Worker Check

 Evidence of Immunisation including annual flu

 Smart Phone with active voicemail & access to the internet

Desirable:

 Previous experience working in Aged Care and/or Disability sector
